What's more, you realize that truly sucks and I'm sick of blogging about it and it's not by any means my flaw (or my heel's shortcoming) and I wish to God that I could blog about being CURED of plantar fasciitis.

Lamont Lywww.rakibulislam.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06207947164648026615noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7601844522199388758.post-64307617733735779792016-05-19T10:56:10.852-07:002016-05-19T10:56:10.852-07:00Dear fashion girls are you already bored to wear y...Dear fashion girls are you already bored to wear your old ballet shoes and you feel like you need to bring some change on it or give them totally new look? Hop...I am really sorry to hear about your accident. Hope you are doing fine now. I had plantar faciitis since 5 years due to injury at work. I had to quit and give up my career. Now I am a full time housewife and mom and my fascia is getting better. I tried everything mentioned above and had given up hope. But because now I am not standing and walking too much as I had to do at work, I am getting better. I stopped going to malls and places where I had to walk a lot. Just since 2 days I noticed I can walk .4 miles which is a lot for me. I do some stretching, take pain relievers and get massage. I did not walk or stand a lot for about 8 months. That is why my heel is recovering from trauma. I hope nobody has to go through this kind of terrible pain.hopefulhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18310642564552457084noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7601844522199388758.post-73252554383129643712010-08-13T07:09:06.356-07:002010-08-13T07:09:06.356-07:00I really feel for you. It was dusk, I was out on a country road, and I was worried the cars wouldn't see me or wouldn't share the road.Karlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06830684349162975639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7601844522199388758.post-62825457214408434492010-07-19T19:05:21.796-07:002010-07-19T19:05:21.796-07:00Hi Clynton,
Thank you but it's okay. I think ...Hi Clynton,

Thank you but it's okay. I think I figured out what may be my problem: low bone density. I have symptoms. I also fit the typical profile: distance runner, formerly underweight & amenoriac for 5+ years (when I was racing tri's and qualified for Hawaiian Ironman) and I have family members with osteoporosis (we call it having "bird bones"). Now, I'm hopeful. Most of my frustration is from not knowing what is going on and dealing with an former doc who said, "There's nothing more I can do for you." Now, if all I have to do is take calcium and vitamin D supplements and heal to run again, then I am very lucky. Very lucky.

How are you doing? I hope you are running again... take care, :) AAngela Kirwinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11581054141452170316noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7601844522199388758.post-89577974868199730302010-07-16T22:58:45.188-07:002010-07-16T22:58:45.188-07:00Oh dear, so sorry to hear about the accident now. ...Oh dear, so sorry to hear about the accident now.
